That’s twice now been terrible mother stopped ordering also already as fish also terrible not haddock as expected and I know Javit now’s me before I was a taxi driver I owned Mario’s when Javits was still the Barbecue.

I have been a regular customer for some time and always enjoy the food. However, that has changed. I ordered a large donner kebab and was so disappointed. Everything was bad. The salad was not fresh with the lettuce brown in parts. The meat was not the usual standard and looked grey compared to the usual. Not sure if the pita had previously been frozen but it was dry and ‘brittle’ when I ate it. As I do not have a big appetite a large donner give me 2 kebabs. Portions have reduced substantially as this time it only served me once. Ordered veg pakora for the first time and it was cold. I checked the description on the menu and it did not indicate it was cold so I assumed it would be warm. Suffice to say, I will not be ordering again

When I completed the order I didn’t realise that I had put on the ASAP option & wrongly assumed that I had requested 7pm. I was contacted to say the delivery driver was at the meeting point. I was over 30 mins away. After speaking to the driver he arranged to take order back. I then received a freshly made order for 7pm time slot. Thank you so much, this was greatly appreciated as my husband has been in hospital for 16 weeks & it was his first takeaway.

I am really unhappy with the service and the way both my partner and I were spoken to, when the branch has unjustifiably retained my money. I was provided with very poor service and a poorer attempt at being listened in order to solve the situation. I am really in disbelief that this is what it has come to for trying to enjoy a meal with my family and for a small amount of £28.48

The food was amazing and delivered exactly as requested. Would order again

I asked for extra brown sauce my god they must of put a bottle on it’s not that difficult if you look out shop to the left you’ll see what was my shop the original and first Mario’s I also new original owners of Jubilee opposite the meal was totally ruined I had customers ask for extra sauce but that was taking the piss
